Alert for stream down

The Alert feature is useful when you want to stay updated on your stream status. If your stream is down for any reason (network issue, encoder issue, etc.), Castr will immediately send you a warning message to your selected phone number. Learn how to set up alert here.

Countdown Timer shown on top of Poster of Player

Once you have uploaded a poster for your player and then set a countdown timer for your All-in-One stream event, the countdown timer will be displayed on top of the poster.

Sub-account Feature

Sub-accounts will allow you handle numerous streaming projects on Castr for various clients or partners. Multiple sub-accounts can be created under one main account and each sub-account can have its own subscription plan which might be different from the main account. All the streams of sub-accounts can be viewed from the main account's dashboard.

Stream Input Health Charts for Multistream

Stream input health charts was previously available for All In One streams only, but now we have it for multistreams as well. It contains the same set of information as it did for All In One streams. You can check out the health charts of both real-time and past streams. If your stream is live, you will see the real-time chart and for previous stream sessions, you can see them in the Stream Session History.

Monitoring and understanding the health charts of your streams give you insights into what could have gone wrong and how to avoid them in the future. You can check the health charts of both real-time and past streams. If your stream is live, you will see the real-time chart. Team Feature - Moderator Role

The Team feature lets you invite team members and assign them a role. With the latest addition of Moderator role, you can restrict their permissions to view and manage your streams.

To add moderators, go to your account and navigate to the Teams tab. Click on Invite Member and set the role as moderator and follow the prompts to send invitation. You can also edit the permission for the moderator from the dialog.
